If you are interested in becoming a tenant at 1700 Hinman, please complete an application for each adult who will be occupying the apartment & submit the required application payment as described below.

Complete the application process for each adult using one of the following methods:
APPLICATION FEES
All application payments must be made either by certified or cashier’s check (payable to Wilmette Real Estate) & delivered directly to the building manager, or via Zelle to deposits@wrechicago.com.*
The required application fee must include:

A non-refundable application fee of $40 per applicant.

A $100 deposit (refundable if the application is not approved).
